Because every item at Lynette Lane is handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lynettelane.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to provide a replacement or solution when appropriate.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once work has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
We are not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. If your package does not arrive, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We are happy to assist you in starting a claim if needed.
