Lynette Lane is a handmade goods business based in Montana, USA. All items are handmade, and small variations in color, size, or design may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade goods.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers offered at checkout. Lynette Lane reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in product information, or issues with stock or materials.
All orders ship from Montana, USA. Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout, and tracking information will be provided when available. Once an order has shipped, Lynette Lane is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made for defective or damaged products, but customers must contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and order details to request a review. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once work has begun.
Handmade clothing is offered in a wide range of sizes, and if a customer sees a design they love that is not in their size, it can be remade in their size for the same price. Custom clothing is available in any size and is priced according to design, not body size. Turnaround time for custom orders is typically two to four weeks, and an estimated completion date will be provided before work begins.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product. Reusable paper towels and face wipes should be machine washed and dried on warm without fabric softener. Catnip toys should be spot cleaned only. Handmade clothing should be washed on a gentle cycle and hung to dry when possible. Lynette Lane is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
