Shipping Policy

At Lynette Lane, all orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Butte, Montana. We use flat-rate shipping through Pirate Ship to provide you with reliable delivery at the most affordable price.

Processing Time

All ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the project. Estimated completion times for custom clothing are provided before work begins.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping within the United States. Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available rate through Pirate Ship.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lynette Lane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in starting a claim if necessary.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
